I did the unthinkable ....

In Galveston TX yesterday filled up my 08 f250 psd with a full tank of gas... Drove 140 miles home to college station TX.. Had reduced power etc... Couldn't figure out as I was almost certain I couldn't have put gas in it. At dealership now..they can't give me any info till tomorrow so no word yet. How screwed am I?

Hopefully dodged a bullet.. Talked to dealer.. Injectors looked fine, flushed fuel system, and did find some shavings that concerns them but seems to be running fine in shop for an hour or so now. They are getting ready to take on highway for final test run. They recomended the motorcraft diesel addative. Anyone have another addative they preffer over this?

Are you sure that you added gasoline in it and not just bad diesel???

Cuz there should be no way that it is possible to drive 140 miles on gas and not need to change out injectors or even the whole engine

You are one lucky sob
That could have gone WAYYYY worse

I dont beleive for a second that i pumped it full of gas, but there is def gas in it.. Have had lengthy convos with the fuel supplier to the gas station, they have triple checked all their logs and readings and have determined that when they filled tanks at station nothing but diesel went in.. I also dont think i could get 140 miles on straight gasoline, so i am convinced it was contamianted fuel... Dealer says they cant tell the ratio of gas to diesel but there is no doubt gas present.... They really could have screwed me here, but looks like its gonna be 450-500 dollar range

After the test drive they called to inform me they dont feel comfortable with it just yet. Had some knocks and pings while out on the road and they want to re-evaluate in the am.
