HELP! fuel rain temp way to high after being in the shop

hit a brick mailbox and got my truck back from the shop today with a new bumper replacement on it and with regular driving my eft1 was up to 150 degrees!
it was 89 degrees outside and im on the 250 egr tune


do you think they could have installed something wrong?intercooler?

Check the fuel cooler level. The cooler has a tiny rad cap on it and sits near the degas bottle. There is a little sight window to check the level but better to take off the cap and check. If low it takes the same gold premium coolant as the rest of the cooling system.

filled the fuel cooler and am now getting howl sound?? seems to be coming from the fan?
