6.4 acting very strange..help!

I have an '08 6.4 with sct livewire,dpf/cat delete,afe intake. I just noticed the other day that my truck starts missing just under 2000 rpms..it's almost like the 2grand mark is a rev limiter..I know it's not and when it starts acting up I can just put my foot in it and it stops. It only happens when accelerating. I am going to look in my livewire and see if it will tell me anything? There isn't a check engine light or anything on though..very confusing. Any ideas would be great, thanks.

Bummer about the truck but Can you give us more info? Ie, mileage, colored smoke from exhaust(with a low tune), how long the truck is running when the problem starts, is it raining, what build# do u have?
