6.4 acting very strange..help!

I have an '08 6.4 with sct livewire,dpf/cat delete, afe intake. I just noticed the other day that my truck starts missing just under 2000 rpms..it's almost like the 2grand mark is a rev limiter..I know it's not and when it starts acting up I can just put my foot in it and it stops. It only happens when accelerating. I am going to look in my livewire and see if it will tell me anything? There isn't a check engine light or anything on though..very confusing. Any ideas would be great, thanks.
