rattling noise

Came back to f350 after three weeks of sitting and she made a strange rattling sound at front left wheel area. Sounds like a bb in a hub cap. Made the noise only with truck moving slowly and did so for about a half hour, then went away for six days. Now the noise is back. Noise changes and/or goes away with cranking wheel hard left or right. Noise only present at speeds under 20mph and doesn't chage with speed. Stabbing the brakes doesn't change noise. Anybody have any ideas. Thanks

Just guessing, but maybe the CV joint is going out. You said it goes away when you turn the wheel, but does it pop when you turn the wheel? That's usually a dead giveaway. Or maybe the rotor has gotten warped and is making the brake pad jump inside the caliper. Again, just a guess.
