2008 White Smoke BS

I had the revised intercooler installed last fall at the dealer because of the smoking issue. Some water was found in the original intercooler. They performed a re-flash and everthing was fine for a while. Now I am getting a serious cloud of smoke for 30s every morning. This occurs after a 10 mile drive and 10 seconds after it attempts to perform a regen, accompanied by a slight loss of power and more clatter in the engine. I pulled the lower intercooler pipe off last night and no water. It looks to me as though the smoke is raw unburnt fuel. Is is possible that I have a bad EGT sensor and regen is trying to occur when the filter is too cold. Should I start replacing the EGT sensors? Coolant levels are fine.

Update, just got back from the dealer and 127 bucks later they say everthing checks out. I haven't been running cetane booster since Christmas and in update NY I can only get a cetane rating of 40 around here. Last ditch effort, I'm going to try the booster and see if that solves the problem. If not, then my cobra eaton port will have to wait (damn) in place of an H&S XRT Pro and 5" exhaust, and EGR block off plates for the F250
