I don't know much about it but I just put a sct in my truck and the 1st time I hooked it up I also got a not supported code I don't remember the # but sct tech straightened it out with me on my computer. He said it needed the firmware to be updated.I don't know if that's your problem but their tech was very helpful.

I think the truck has to have the latest factory flash also. The factory update does the engine, tranny and gauge cluster, it is three different files.

If you try to load the latest SCT program without the latest factory flash I was told there will be problems. I do not know if this is your situation or not...

Well I've contacted the dealership and SCT. The dealership says it has to be the programmer bc they show no Code: 1021 in there computers. I talked to the techs at SCT and they say as long as my truck is up to date, as well has my programmer, it seems to be the "BATTERIES". SCT says if the batteries are low on voltage the programmer will not work correctly. So I've bought two new batteries and will find out here shortly if that's the issue.

I also spoke to a fella with ALLOT in Texas. He also had a truck do this same thing with him. He hooked a battery charger up and the programmer preceded to program.
