New member and new problems

I finally joined the site instead of lurking after having a problem that i and no one else can seem to figure out. Hopefully one of you guys have seen this before just not on your own truck. Its an 08 with a dpf and egr deleted and an h&s. all mods were done after the problems started. It got into some higher water and was shut off immedtiately. After letting it dry out and checking everything it was started and driven to the house. the whole drive the dpf regen was on and made little boost. changed fuel filters and air filter and checked the oil and tried again. after a few miles it made no boost. i then put on the h&s with dpf delete and egr delete with the flo pro intake elbow. still no boost. codes have all cleared up except for p006b map sensor or exhaust pressure sensor. it also makes a horrible high pitched whistle out of the exhaust when in throttle. triple checked all of the cac pipes and boots. its getting plenty of fuel with the tune. the actuator on the vgt turbo moves and the other turbo is still good with no shaft play. no leaks from the up pipes or connections on the exhaust side. had a scan tool on it and went through the test and everyhting came back ok. all out of ideas short of pulling the turbos and getting the computer reflashed. anyone have any ideas? all help will be greatly appreciated.
