Looking at a 2010 F350 4x4

Hi all! I'm looking at a 2010 F350 4x4. After looking over the engine (I know very little anyway), I notice what appears to me whitish stuff inside the degass bottle on the sides. I did not see any floaties in the coolant. The truck is a King Ranch with 16K miles. Any suggestions or tips is much appreative.

sounds like it puked a few times ...6.4s likes to run a bit lower level then what it shows on de gas bottle

mine had white marks on it to when i bought my 08 14 months ago i was told the samething and it worked well they seem to puke abit when you realy put your foot down .....i love my truck but she has cost me alot just done the tranny and head studs not a good month at all ..............i would also get the EGR off asap

Thanks for the info. Since the truck only has 16K, and under warranty, what deletes, if any, can I make that want the effect warranty? I have not closed the deal yet...still in negoatiations. Is indeed a very nice truck. How many miles on your truck when the tranny went south?

you can't do much to the truck that won't void the warranty but you can do a dpf delete with a tuner then return to stock if warranty work needed

120,000 miles tranny and all rockers and push rods
