My truck is possessed!!!

Recently I have been having some wierd issues. It does not do it all the time but seems to be more frequent in cold weather. While my truck is idling it will rev up to about 1600 rpm's all on its own and then back down to idle speed. Just like you hit the accelerater and let off really fast. It will also rev up when I change from park to reverse, reverse to drive and drive to park. Like I said above, it does not do it all the time. Its really annoying!! i have people looking at me funny when I pull into the parking lot at work. They think I'm showboating or something by revving the motor before I get out.
The first time this happened, I thought that someone was trying to steal my truck. I was getting ready for work on the midnight shift and was warming the truck up. I walked back inside the house while the truck was warming up and I heard it rev up. Then about 30 seconds later it did it again. I walked outside, fully expecting to see someone in the drivers seat. When I opened the door it revved up again and kinda scared the **** outta me. Then I realised that nobody was in there.

If anyone has any input about this I would appreciate it!! I'm sure its just some sort of idle sensor or something.

BTW, I have a dpf delete with an SCT extreme tuner. It is currently running the 210 tow tune.

I think it's something to do with the tune. Someone else had a similar problem and when they returned it to stock it stopped doing it. Don't quote me but I think it was a kem tune as well
