think my truck is f***ed

my trucks idleing funny all of a sudden it idles around 500 rpm in gear but it shakes and feels like its gonna die. the engine doesnt sound like it used too (just more noisy) and my mileage is sucking *** im getting around 10 city 11 highway. used to get almost 14 highway 12 city. i have also noticed it blow white smoke under acceleration a few times. truck has no mods is all stock and has 18000 miles

fuel filters ever been changed?

Filters haven't been changed yet and it regens less than it used to seemed like it was always cleaning now it's not so much.

you should be changing fuel filters every 10k. do it asap
