Alarm/rem start install-turn signals and brake light issue

Installed a alarm and remote start. After all is done when u start truck it says check brake system and brake light is on on the dash like ebrake is set. Also turn signals and emergency flashers don't work on mirrors or in headlights. Those light up fine for everything else though. Any ideas.

It may help to know what brand of alarm and remote start did you install?

Was hoping someone could point into a good direction on fuses or relays relating to the turn signals in the mirrors and head lights and the brake system.

It's likely to be a fuse or relay.
