sync not working

after i installed the black maxx i ran the truck and everything worked good then i loaded the hot damn tune and now my snyc system does not work any ideas? the usb port wont even work to charge my iphone

It might not have anything to do with your tuner, mine crapped out, turned out to be a fuse was partially burned. Not sure how that happens but... replaced the fuse, no problems now. This was before I put a tuner in my truck...

I had to disconnect my batteries and do a complete restore to make it work, mine died and wouldn't do anything.

mine stopped working took it to the dealership turns out there was a service bulletin out for it so check that out too
