Ground wire

I recently had my 08 250 at the dealship to replace my keypad on the drivers side door after someone broke in. When i got it back i found that my blower motor and wipers along with a few other things dont work. Sometimes when i hit the right kind of bump they start working again. So now i am wondering if anyone knows where the ground wire for these items are. I am guessing that they all run off of one ground wire which is why they all either work or dont work.
