Driving on hills?

can anyone tell me what i should do driving on hills, i was driving up to about 5500 ft today and my truck with the 210 tune was getting up to temps of 215-220 eot, ect, tft, what is the normal driving temps for these trucks, and should i turn off tow haul when i am driving up and down hills, the manual says it is the same as overdrive...help?

welll it depends on how fast u need to go if it realllly steep put the truck in like 3rd and keep a steady foot rough shifting on hills cause failure i know from experience its called melted trans haha .. just be easy on it and try to keep the shifting to a minimum

so if you put it into tow haul it would be better than to run it with overdrive. k got it, thanks
