Loss of power 6.4L 2008 f250

Loss of power after cleaning exhaust filter cycle very slow exceleration check engine light on afteter turning off and back on code p1335 ignition system or misfire? Is this computer problem or more engine trouble. Already had both turbo's and intercoolers change out twice truck only has 45k on it. Any suggestions?

Sounds to me with the P1335 you need an EGR valve, or at least some further diagnosis of the EGR system.
