Regen

I have an '09 F-250 with 11,000 miles. For the first 10,000 miles or so it would go into Regen every tank of fuel now it hasn't gone into regen for at least 2 months (10 or more fill-ups). There was one time it shut off driving done the road and would not start up for at least 30 min's. I had it check at the dealer where I bought and didn't find anything. Should I let them know about the regen deal as this might be a problem?
