Modded '08 6.4 Won't Crank

The truck is a JOB 1 2008 6.4 that I purchased just over a month ago with 71,000 miles. I had a spartan, air dog, intercooler pipe, and exhaust installed just over a week ago. I've been running the 275 tune the whole time without any issues. Yesterday I left the house, picked up a car transport trailer from U-hail, towed a car I sold about 300 miles, came back and everything went great. Stopped late at night to have dinner with the wife and we got back in to head home, the engine would not crank. The lights turn on, the instrument panel turns on fine, the radio turns on, but the engine will not crank. I turn the key to start and the radio goes off and the instrument panel as usual, but nothing else happens. It's almost as if the starter is disconnected, but obviously its not. I have an extended warranty on the truck. I called roadside assistance and they hooked up jumper cables to it for sh*ts and giggles, and nothing, engine does not crank at all. The truck is at the two servives yard until Monday morning when the dealer opens since this happened last night at 11:00 PM. Anyone have any ideas on what this could be? Could it be alarm related? Although the truck seems to disarm fine with the factory alarm and there is no aftermarket alarm. Any ideas would be appreciated. BTW, I've been running the mods for just over a week and about 1000 miles with no issues. Thanks.

There is a wire under the hood near the RH battery that is a direct feed to the starter. Check for codes with your spartan. A number of things can cause this. That wire becoming disconnected under the hood will cause a no crank situation with no codes. Put that wire to the positive terminal on the battery and the truck should crank -- i belive the wire is yellow and black, I'm too lazy to go look at my own truck.

Also a no crank can be caused by an open EGT13 sensor, or a malfunctioning sensor. That's why I'd check for codes.

Up till that point, that's all I can think of that would do that "all of a sudden"

Bad EGT sensor most likely. Turn the key to the run position and jump the starter as stated above, but I think the wire is brown and green.

Actually, the stupid thing is one color BEFORE the connector (I think it's C410) and another color (or pair of colors) AFTER the connector!

And yeah, it is brown and green. I think on the 6.0 trucks it's main color was yellow.
