batteries dying
On my 3rd set of dual batteries. 08' job1.
Can't even jump these things. What gives???

have you checked to make shure the alternator is charging?

Next week it's heading to Ford to get them replaced under warranty and I will mention that to them also but you would think they would check the output last Sept. when I had the second set put in.:doh

you would think that, but chances are they just replaced the batteries. make shure they check that for you.

On my 08 they didnt last 2 years, I didnt trust the Motorcraft set so I replaced them both with Intersate. I swear there the best brand out there. Thats nuts though that your on the third set. Something is unhappy under there. I hope they get it figured out for ya...

My Job 1 batteries lasted 38k miles, almost 3 years. Does anyone know why Ford deosn't put maintenance free batteries in these trucks? I can't believe that I had to add water to my batteries. Same issue with the new 6.7. I bought the DieHard batteries for my truck and they should last 5 years.
