2009 6.4 No power but runs fine throwing codes

I was driving down the road about 60mph I have the sct livewire on it all of a sudden my pedal goes dead and the truck looses all powers slows to a stop has a slight shutter to the engine. Shut it down, turn it back on runs fine gets up and goes as before I get about two miles down the road and it does it again. Shut it off crank it up and its fine. Then throws the check engine light. Run the codes on it from the livewire I get U0115 U0100 U0100 ???? Any clues will be much appreciated. I just need to know if I need to return it to stock and send it to the dealer. Thanks

So what does that mean? I am going to loose power here and there is this something that happens or is there a problem that needs to be addressed? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Well truck is finally at the dealer they said the high pressure fuel pump has crapped out on me. So now they say they had to take a fuel sample and send it off for ford to get the green light to do the work on it. Anyone ever heard of this before.
