Lower Intercooler Hose

Just trying to find out if anyone has had a problem with their lower intercooler hose coming off while under boost? I have my truck set on the Spartan 210 Tow Tune and while pulling my RV and running about 35-40lbs of boost my lower intercooler hose keeps poping off. I took it to the ford dealership in Rochester, MN and they had to put a new pipe and both lower and upper hoses on for me. Cost me $719.00 (non Warentee work due to tuner). They said I was running to much boost with the Spartan and that's what caused it to come apart and bend the pipe. The intercooler hose/clamps seem like a POS set up to me. Any ideas how to stop this from happening?

Diesel site boots and double clamp. We're running 50+psi. and only had one coupler pop off.
