Power Mirrors Problem

Having a problem with an 2010 F250. It has the all power tow mirrors. Everything works on the mirrors, they extend, turn in and out, and you can adjust the upper mirror left and right but it will not go up and down. It does that on both mirrors? Does anyone have any idea what could possible be wrong?? Everything else on the truck is working fine.

Problem with the switch itself? I would just take it in and get it warranted. But it sure sounds like a faulty switch to me.

Well tried the switch but it still didn't fix the problem. Took to the dealer and they are saying we got the wrong mirrors?? Sounds kinda weird too me. Do you all think that could be a possiblity?? We bought a set of oem power tow mirrors off of ebay for alot of money but didn't know there was more than one kind of mirror.

I've never heard of the wrong mirror if you got it for the same year model.

HMM ok. They are the new style 08-2010 tow mirrors so not sure what could be wrong.
