6.4 Failed Rellative Compression Test

Did a relative compression test and got some odd readings

Cylinder 8 was in the yellow at 5%

Cylinder 1 was at 4%

Cylinder 3 was at 4 %

Only 2 of my cylinders where at 0

We did a complete short block replacement 2 months ago
Replaced upper and lower EGR coolers
Truck is stock with DPF still on

Truck only has 50,000KM on it and new short block does not even have 1500KM

Would appreciate any insight before I tear this whole thing down again

Any ideas guys?

Do a manual compression test with a gauge, relative compression is notoriously erroneous on the 6.4.
