Started, died...

I drove about 50 miles this AM, stopped for 5 minutes. Started the engine, it died. Turned over rapidly when attempted to restart. Cycled key, it started with 'wrench' icon in display. Drove it to dealer, seemed to be in 'limp mode', ran fine, no full throttle acceleration. I had it serviced at Ford about 500 miles ago, oil change, tranny service, etc. Will know shortly as to what the diagnosis is.... I have the extended warranty, no mods...even ford's oil change service... what is there to worry about??? (after reading all the water in fuel stressers!! )

Driving: 2011 Pale Adobe...F-350 CC 6.7 FX4 3:55-Locking Rear End-Dual Alternators-premium Lariat, moon rf, added wheel flares, 2-tone black base

Picked up 4/29/10 as of 06/20/2012 109,000+miles

Fuel pump......will be rolling again pretty quick...

Sounds like EGR stuck same thing happend to me I had to be towed new egr fine.

Got an 08 with a stuck EGR in my bay right now. Start/stall.

EGR and a housing, all good again.

The good side, I was able to make it to the dealer in limp mode. On my 99, when the fuel pump died, it sat where it was at until I changed it.
