mositure in headlights

Has anyone had an issue of mositure in the factory headlights? I'm seeing hazing when i look close inside my lens, and its bugging the ____ out of me. I've read on another site that there is a TSB for this and want to know how to approach the dealer with this. I have just under 35,000 miles, so i need to act quickly. PLS HELP, thanks

I had the same issue with mine, but it wasn't getting moisture in, there was very little chrome on the reflector. If it looks like it is fogged up in the back only that may be the problem, both sides were the same, even the turn signal part was missing some chrome. The dealer took pictures and e-mailed them in, Ford refused the first time so I had the dealer take better pictures and send it in again and it went through.

The way I found my problem was at night I was outside at night with a flashlight and I noticed my headlights had almost no reflection and my 4 wheeler sitting next to it reflected like they were on.

I had the same problem with mine when I first bought it. There was actually heavy condensation in the head light. But it went away after a couple of weeks. Maybe because it stays in the garage, less moisture?
