power steering problems

I have a 2008 f-350 drw I have noticed that the power steering is not working as well as it did when it was new. I have to constantly keep my hands the wheel. For example after making a turn the wheel will not come back to center on its own. I have to manually bring it back to center. I checked the power steering fluid level and it is full. Anybody have any suggestions.
