P2002 Code w/ No Check Engine Light

I am getting a P2002 Code w/out a check engine light. The only mod i have done is a AFE drop in filter. I have only been getting this code since the temp has been below 40 degrees here. I can pick it up on my monitor, but it does not throw the ckeck engine light on..............Any suggestions??

P2002 Diesel Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) This is from the sticky at the top of the section. I got this also when running the AFE intake along with another code that set off the engine light. So probably related and not much to worry about.

It's from the combination of the cold weather and the a/m filter.

It may affect regeneration frequency/length and after a few times of the PCM seeing the fault it will likely throw the check engine light on.
