A/C compressor won't turn on

I just picked up my (new to me) 08 F-250.

The seller uninstalled a snow plow package before selling it to me, and they had to pull the coolant reservoir to remove all of the wiring harnesses. Unfortunately the A/C is not working and I swear it was when I did my test drive earlier.

Before I take it in to Ford for warranty work, can anyone suggest what might have been left unplugged to cause this? As best as I can tell they were poking around at under the front bumper and around the drivers side wheel well where they removed the coolant tank.

Hmm. I'll just look for anything that's near the bumper on the passenger side.
