f-450 DPF Delete help

Ok guys, my dad has an 08 450 and he went out an bought the sct dpf delete package, programmer was up to date, everything went well until we tried to start it up. The ecm has locked up im guessing, gets the truck light with the lock on it, and three codes, uo115 (lost communication with ECM/PCM "a") and two uo100 (lost communication with ECM/PCM "B"). And now its stuck in our shop . Got a ford tech coming tomorrow, hopefully he will get it fixed up. Any info would be helpfull, thanks, Ace.

wow... um.... usually I can help I have never heard of this... it sounds to me like it downloaded the stock file and never uploaded a tuned file so the ECM is blank... but thats just speculation on my part... do you have custom tunes or the stock SCT tunes? if you are running canned tunes from SCT, you may want to try and get custom tunes from Innovative and try them and see if they will upload properly...

I would call SCT and see if they can send you a "recovery file" that will get it working again. I don't know if this is a case where that would be possible or not. I know that they do that some times for transmission module communication problems.

Na there not custom tunes, just regular stuff for dpf delete. The ford tech came out to the shop, said he had to take it in. Supposably the computer board is fried or somethin crazy like that lol. Purchased the kit from cobbs and he said its common to happen on the early built trucks, that the computers cant take to much information without locking up, tech pretty much said the same thing. But anyways there supposed to get it taken care of an i should be able to get it all worked out, so thanks for the input guys, appreciate it.

Wow, that sucks to say the least. I have never heard of this happening and we have sold a ton of SCT Livewires for the 6.4L. Is the ECM fried?
