6.4 won't accelerate after warm up, pedal non responsive

08 6.4 29k on it, after the truck has warmed up then parked for a few minutes. Get back in to drive it again,I can push the accelerator to the floor and it does not respond. I can hold it to the floor and eventually it will rev up and get going but it has gotten worse. no codes displayed.

Mine use to do that as well...but it would throw codes. I found if i shut the truck down and started it up again the codes would dissapear and it was good again. Sounds to me like your EGR is buggered up...but you should be getting some kind of codes/check engine light.
