Just drove my truck back from florida.. going up hills it would begin to shake when making boost.. even aftert that if i needed to gain speed shake a little bit like it was misfiring.. The truck has 7000 mile son it. its like brand new. It does not throw any check engine lights etc.... what could it be?

One of our 09's had the ECM changed at 3000km because one of the injector driver modules was dropping out under moderate load. It started gradually pretty much from new and got progressively worse.

It felt exactly like the truck was "missing" and threw no codes.

Same here, last weekend my 08 F350 with 13k miles felt like it was missing when downshifting on a hill pulling 5000 lbs, and some black smoke...with no code.
