Anyone had their IC changed on this TSB?

I have the problem with driving after a rain and this is the issue that addresses that problem.

What I am wondering is if this corrected the problem.

Also is the cost of the replacement IC covered under the TSB or warranty. I have 54000 miles on my truck.

I took the truck in this morning for the new IC.

I did find in the warranty manual that the IC is covered under the engine warranty and the emissions warranty. So it is covered for 100,000 miles.

What is a "IC"?

I'm thinking it means intercooler

I had my IC replaced under that TSB at no charge to me whatsoever.

white smoke from exhuast under damp or rainy conditions above 40degrees outside.

Yea if you get hesitation and white smoke after driving easy for a while and try to accelerate in wet conditions it is probably this problem.

They are telling me there is a $100 deductible. Anybody ever heard of that?
