Problem Analysis...Help.

First im running the Spartan 210 tun on my 08 6.4 with 33K miles on it.

Just started noticing this recently. Truck seems to pull fine but I looked out of my side view mirror and noticed that the black smoke was coming out in a sputtering form, kind of like it was spitting, instead of a steady stream like it use to. It's not realy awful, and doesnt happen EVERY time but the smoke will be a constant stream for a few seconds then sputter then go back to being constant again. What the hell is going on? Fuel injectors going bad?

High pressure fuel pump maybe? I would think you should have a code if something is wrong. Do you have a code?

no codes, that was the first thing I did was check for codes. Its so strange. I feel like something isnt broken yet but it on its way to being broken. Just want to nip it in the bud before something brakes.

Log your truck and create the problem and send the logs to Matt or Nutty. That's about the only way you will figure out a problem like that

Go to the Spartan website. There are sections on there for frequently asked questions. It's in there somewhere. If you can't find it then PM or email Mick. There are certain parameters you have to monitor for the logs

There are a number of things that could cause this, best thing is like 08stroker said, log the files and email Nutty.
