Which Cold Air Intake??

I have a Spartan tuned/deleted 08 F250 with a drop-in AFE Pro guard 7 replacement filter. I'm interested in adding a CAI if it will help fuel mileage. Are there any available that would use my AFE filter and help fuel mileage? I'm fully aware of the impact driving habits have on mileage!! Thanks in advance.

Cold air intakes aren't going to give you a noticeable fuel mileage increase, however, they can reduce restriction and help improve efficiency.

I recommend No Limit Fabrication's cold air intake over all the rest available on the market. It might be a little more than what you need though. If you're not running into any issues with the filter minder sucking in, I wouldn't change the setup you currently have.

I have the AFE stage 2 cold air intake with the dry filter. havent had any problems but thinking of trying out the no limit intake setup. no limit intake requires CCV reroute though by either venting to atmosphere or a oil catch can set up. mishimoto just released one on MPD site. i may give that one a try

$425 for a filter and a tube?? I'm sure it works good but if you live/work in dusty area you need to spend even more for a pre-filter.

I got 1.5 miles more per gallon on average with my S/B cai hand calculated. I got a No Limit intake not too long ago. Plan on bigger turbos.

Might not seem like much but it all adds up. With tuner and exhaust I got 1.5 mpg more as well (first mods done to my truck. Then came cai). 13 mpg stock went to 16 mpg.
