a little more background info would be great

it's a communication code. I would check the connectors at the ECM and the big connectors in the driver's fender well

Check both. This did not happen till I installed the tuner.

h&S had some problems with the obd2 block and hdmi cables. mine did it but it was a more serious problem and wouldnt let the truck start and ended up being the brake control module shorted out shutting the computer down to save it from damage. check your hdmi cord for cuts. id call h&S tomorrow and tell them what happened and they should send you a replacement hdmi and obd2 block. if that dont fix it there is a short somewhere causing the can/bus system to shut down

literally just solved this same problem on a truck this week..

it would scan/read just fine with factory tune in it

with an SCT loaded it would high idle and go into limp.

with an H&S loaded, it would cycle the VGT, engage the fan clutch, and pop a U0073 and wouldn't restart until the code was cleared

the truck had had the cab off and one of the main wiring connectors in the driver's fender well wasn't seated all the way. reseated that connector, and it's been golden since
