Wheel Spacers?

I'm looking at putting wheel spacers on my 08 F350 Super Duty FX4 but have been told different things.. is it safe? will if hold up with my IDP custom tune? put out 573HP/1217TQ on the dyno. Honestly don't need one snapping on the highway.

It will be fine as long as you buy the good ones with the correct length studs and correct grade of studs. Either wheeladapter.com or BORA adapters.
