Blown turbo what now?!?!

I have an 08 6.4 blown turbo I want to replace the turbo with something that can handle higher horsepower tunes I was going to go with Complete T-4 Kit for Factory Up-pipes with S366 Turbo this turbo but I'm not sure that it's the best bang for my buck any thoughts??

You could get a 59mm HP turbo from elite, RCD or barder.

^^^WHS. Keep in mind to get the LP turbo is what is mostly gonna give ya more power. If you think you are a singles guy either MPD (don't think it is released yet) or H&S offer a single kit. I am pretty sure Zane was the main designer for the H&S and of course Craig at MPD is a great fabricator.... I am sure both appear are great quality.
Usually it is cheaper to just do the atmo but since you have to do both turbos (to get more powa) it would probably be similar in price. How did you kill your HP turbo?
