Muffler delete pipe?

So when I bout my truck it already had a filter back 5" magnaflow system on it. Instead of getting a whole new deleted system I just got a stainless dpf/cat delete pipe and hooked it up to it. I've always wanted a straight pipe but with a stainless magnaflow I just dealt with it. I called magnaflow and asked them if they would sell me just the muffler delete pipe, which I found they have as an option on one of their 5" systems. Meaning it would already be the right length etc. however they said they can't just sell individual pieces of pipe, only whole systems.... Well, that would have been WAY to convient. Told him I don't need to buy a whole new system, I already have one of theirs I just need that one section. Anyways. I've been looking around the good ol web at 5" stainless muffler delete pipes and are $100. I need at least 2". Anyone done this and found a cheaper place to get these?

I have some 5" pieces over with a hub at one end and i have a 5" coupler(female at both ends) so you could make your own delete pipe is what i would do.

I've called some local heavy truck shops and they only carry aluminized 5". I did find a stainless flo pro 30" section for 75 also.

Sucks stainless is so much compared to aliminized. But I wouldn't get anything but it.... Michigan loves their road salt in the winter
