Spartan S&B Flo Pro installed today

Well I ordered up all the parts and they came in over the past week. Finally had a day off to day so I loaded up the spartan 250EL tune with no problems only took about 20mins even with it being the first time tuning, still used a battery charger just in case. Next up I put on the S&B intake, got to say I love it sounds deeper and can hear the air flow when getting on it. Then I tackled the exhaust. Went with the Flo-Pro 5" DP back exhaust no muffler. I did it by my self but would highly recommend having a friend help, took me about 4 hours to do install due to the stock exhaust giving me hell with rusted bolts. Fired up the truck and sounds incredible kind of has a 6.0ish sound to it. I know some people complain about the shifting with spartan but my trans shifts great really has a firmer shift but zero issues with the rev slam that you hear about. Took it out for about 120 mile cruise around town and freeway all I can say is the truck is an absolute monster now incredible power and cruises like stock on the high way. I love the set up but would say that it's probably not for every one with the way it sounds might be a little to much for some people. Next up this weekend will be my sinister EGR delete.

Congrats. Good luck with the EGR delete. It's a PITA... Definitely doable, took me about 8-9 hours I think.

Thanks guys. Yeah I've been researching and read the DIY on it, can't say that I'm looking forward to doing the install but am excited to get it done.
