EGR question

I have been running the spartan 210 tune with the EGR still active. I'm planning on switching to the 275 tune with EGR off. My question is, does running my truck with the EGR still active have any effect on fuel mileage?

Probably. The egr routes soot and dead air into the combustion chamber while instead you could have cool clean oxygenated air for a better stoichiometry which equates to better efficiency and power.
