I wish I could help, but I also plan to use the block off plate, so I'll be following this thread. Good luck and I know someone will be around soon to provide you with help.

I did the delete but if one goes down by horizontal cooler then removing the driver side wheel-well might be easier. Good luck, Jayson.

Now that I'm reading about the Block off plates I'm wondering the pros and cons vs the full delete?(in a place where every 2 years I will need emissions) Obviously if I never had to deal emissions the full delete would be the only way to go but now I'm thinking I should do the block off plates . Thoughts?

I run block off plates along with bulletproof EGR coolers, reason I went that route with coolers if Washington state ever goes to inspections they are there for a visual and if I do need to switch back at least I have good coolers. I also have Rudy's delete kit sitting on the shelf for sometime later, the plates do what they were intended for, I used the plugs in the kit for the coolant side believe it was /2 plugs to change out. The install of the plates is about 30 minutes and doing the plugs will take about 1.5 hours. See my signature for what is done on the truck. Good luck

Just installed RCD'S full delete with elbow. Great product! I will recommend that if you are just doing block off plates and coolant plugs, or just block off playes, make sure you have a couple of gallons Ford gold or whatever coolant you are running. By the time I was done pretty much drained the entire system. Good luck.

When you install a egr delete kit do you have to also install a tuner?
