Looking to do a build, need suggestions

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade my truck and I need some suggestions. I want a bulletproof drivetrain more than I do power (it's more than enough for me as it currently is with a H&S HD300 tune) since I had a scare while pulling a trailer. Basically it went WOT when I hit the Resume button (bad habit that I haven't touched since) on the highway and it spun up to about 52psi and I saw a puff of white smoke come out the tailpipe. With that being said I have about $20,000 to spend. I know head studs are for sure going in, but I figure why not get as much as I can while the engine is under the knife, right? So what else would y'all recommend I get upgraded?

71 or 72 atmo turbo, ported intake manifold, 6.0 exhaust manifolds and custom up pipes, new belt tensioners and idler pulleys, new rockers and lifters, and possibly stage 1 pushrods and valve springs. Also I would so some sort of a LP fuel system upgrade such as airdog 2, fuel lab or A-1000.

If your going in that deep get the heads worked (bronze liners pressed in and decked). As well, you may consider doing pistons - either HD Internationals or de-lipped OEM if your bore isn't within factory spec. Its been said before that a 6.4 isn't bulletproof until you address the pistons. Just my 2 cents
Whats the mileage on you truck?
