Anyone run oil additives? If so what brand/type do you go with?

2 ounces per qt the first time in the motor. 1 oz per qt there after.
1 oz in power steering
4oz in trans
4 oz in rear diff
1 oz in a/c
1 drip in each pulley bearing
1 oz per qt of hydraulic oil in a tractor

Mixes with any oil
And it works well

I use BG DOC , Diesel Oil Conditioner. BG offers a full line of products for all the fluids on your trucks. They have the R&D and their products work. I am no chemist but an oil additive that works in all oils doesnt make sense to me, it obviously must work for anly a few issues. Each fluid in out trucks has a complete set of parameters, benefits and Additive package in them so it sees hard to have a fits all conditioner.. Just an observation. Check out bgprod.com for details.

This is what I use too. I asked the bg guy about the diesel oil they have and there trucks that come to use use it each having over 500,000 miles and run perfect. Proper maint goes along way. He is looking into 5w40 syn for me.
