Aftermarket Exhaust and B&W Gooseneck

What kind of fitment issues are yall having with any aftermarket exhaust and the B&W. I know with my factory exhaust it vibrates and sqeaks on the hitch plate, just curious if aftermarkets have that issue.

When they installed my hitch they added a 1.5" drop bracket that was supplied to the factory exhaust. And when I installed my magnaflow 5" I was able to take off that bracket and adjust it enough to clear the frame. If yours squeeks they might of tossed that little bracket that came with the hitch. I thought this was odd but every truck I have looked with the hitch has this bracket.
