cold weather surge

I have had the 250 spartan tune in the truck for about a week now. When the Air temps are below 50 degrees I am getting a surge around 2000 rpms, light throttle, and 70-75 mph. If you give it more or less throttle it will go away. Is anyone else having this issue?
I am going to make a recording and send it to spartan tomorrow. Hope they can tune this out because its right where I keep this thing on the highway.
My mods are spartan 250 tune, volant intake, and powerstrokers doc/dpf delete pipe.

You are not the only one with the issue, I have read on other sites with people seing the same. From my understanding, it is in the works of being corrected.

I have the same problem except temp doesn't matter. I've put my stock intake back on per Nutty but I think I'll put my S&B back on now. I'll just wait for the fix.

My friends truck without a intake on it has the surge also. So that is not a fix. Mine is a job #2 with the lastest ford software and his is a #3.

Mine is a Job1 truck and hasn't had any reflashes that I know of. It possibly had the one the dealer did on Job1 trucks to fix the "flamethrower" problem during regen. I asked about having the latest reflash done and was told that it wouldn't help any with the mileage or other issues. The thing about reflashes are, once they are done you can't go back. I've been sort of hesitant about having one done if it isn't going to help anything.

I just had my Job 1 reflashed with the latest flash and I will say I wish I didn't. I liked the way the truck felt before.
