snow performance

Anyone who has tried the snow performance methanol injection, how does it work? Do you like it? I have heard you can run windshield washer fluid? I only ask because they are offering huge savings this month and i can get a system fairly cheap.

I have the mileage inhancing model and like it very much. I run between 20 and 50 percent methanol and have found mileage increases as much 2 1/2 miles per gallon of diesel fuel. It is a very reliable working device.

IT's like 15% off or something like that. I think I saw the add in the new diesel power mag. I was curious about this also. I know one of the brands uses cheap hose connectors or something like that but I can't remember which one it was.

So on the 6.4, do you take off the intake to drill, or where did you install the nozzles?

I didn't take it off, I just left the engine running so the compressed air would blow out the chips. Also i didn't drill into the intake per say I drilled into the cac tube after the cac (pipe that connects cac to air manifold.

You drilled before the rubber boot that connects to the intake? The aluminum pipe coming from the turbo intercooler cac. So I disconnect the pipe via the boot, run the engine and drill and tap the cac pipe, then reconnect the boot to the intake?

How do I get the special? I am looking at buying and I'd rather have the snow kit but if they aren't still running a special, I'll get the aem kit.
