a company here in my town sells a nicely set-up 4" cat/dpf delete and a full downpipe back 4". Name is H&S performance. search them on the web i think they have a site. they built me a 5" downpipe back kit, which I highly doubt any company is going to make because of the clearance issues around the tranny. hope this helps

So they made you a new down pipe? Or just a 5" exhaust from the down pipe back

I just went from downpipe back with 5". i dont know that a 5" pipe will fit between the firewall and motor on this truck. i do however want to pull the cab off my truck (friend at dealer says it takes 40 minutes) and see about freeing up some exhaust flow somehow. it seems to run pretty hot on the 250 tune.

Yeah the only reason I would want to put a DP is because, as I understand it, there is a small cat on there somewhere and it could probably help, like you said, with those EGT's
