help with my spartan tuner

Hello to all.. I am having a problem with my tuner and I am hoping someone can help. The touch scren does not work. I hit main menu, nothing... I try to change the screen, nothing... you can touch it anywhere and nothing happens. I unpluged the tuner and pluged it back in and still nothing. it does show me my RPM's and everything but no touch screen.. Thank you.

Billy, if the screen has failed, just return the unit to us and we will get it repaired/replaced.
