So whats the best bang for the buck DPF delete for the 6.4? Not for power but for mileage.

Theres only a couple, and they are about the same price. I would pick up a Spartan tuner and not look back.

Not really looking for power but to just get rid of the DPF and not have any engine problems PCM wise.

you'll need the actual pipe, and a custom tune. SCT and Spartan are the two tuners doing DPF delete tunes, and of the two the Spartan seems to work better.

matt at spartan siad he was trying to get a tuner together that was just a flash device rather than a gauge cluster but it was a long way off.
i figured it out and being very conservative the spartan will pay for itself in 15000 miles. |

and if you get the nutty professor tune it'll pay for itself in 1500 smiles!
