If you can put the DPF back on and reload your stock tune just to be on the safe side Ford should cover....there is a SVI out regarding radiator failures and the need to put a venturi tree onto the cooling system. The radiator has been identified as a component that is failing quite often...

I had the same problem and I have removed my dpf etc and took it in that way. My dealership didn't even mention it and replaced my radiator and central cup holders while they were at it! I have a black box which bypasses the regen mode and run a edge with juice configuration.

I asked them how much it would have been for a radiator if I would of had to pay and he told me dealer cost was around $700.00 so I imagine our cost would be closer to $1200.00.

the dealer has to prove that the parts you installed caused the component failure. They don't have a chance in hell of doing this with the rad. Especially cuz they have a TSB on it. They'll replace it.
