FASS system question

Any reason why the 07 6.0 FASS pumps wouldn't work with the 6.4? Looking at the 150/150 or 150/180, other toys will be coming soon.

I believe so, not quite sure. I'd imagine something would have to be different or they would have already released a kit.

Will this increase HP, or just to support newer mods?

Mike

Industrial Injection claims putting a FASS system to the filter housing will make a difference. FASS has not finalized a part number solution for the 6.4L. Yes, it hooks to a banjo bolt, but which one of about 20 possabilities? If you purchased a kit for a 6.0L, and had a place close by with a large selection of fittings you could probably get-r-done.

Guys, any FASS system that is regulated at 7PSI will work just fine. DO NOT run a 6.0 system that isn't just a booster pump; the 50-60PSI systems will not be healthy on these trucks.

I can take picture of the incoming line and banjo bolt that the fitting needs to go on.

The simplest thing to do would be to simply order a replacement fuel line and washers, cut the line off at the end of the stainless and put a compression fitting on it to a -6 or -8AN adapter. If you want to replace the whole thing, it will be a M16x1.5 banjo bolt on the inlet.

I probably won't be screwing with mine until I get another injection pump, as it is still holding 3psi pressure on our truck even with the 30% over stock injector nozzles. The injection pump however is already to the point of not handling heavy pulsewidth.
